Piano Service Requests

Priority Service Queue

Our top priority is given to time-sensitive services at concert halls and performance venues. Our longtime clients understand this, and we are grateful for your patience. Because we never know if or when Matt will be needed at a concert hall (or not) we set aside a few appointment slots every week for last-minute service requests. If those times are not required by concert halls, we open them up to our existing list in priority order.

This means that (sometimes), it may be possible to move your booking a month from now up to tomorrow - OR, we can intake a new client in the slot.

There are only so many hours in the day, and for some reason, our technicians are not interested in working 20 hour days (we’re not sure why…)

To ensure that the instruments of our existing client list (both corporate and private) are maintained to the highest standard, we prioritize our service requests.

Our service requests are prioritized as follows:

  • Concert Halls & Recording Studios (visiting artists)

  • Institutions (churches, schools)

  • Established (long-term) Clients

  • New Clients Service Requests

PLEASE NOTE, emergencies are not situations arising due to deferred maintenance or tuning.

Existing clients only.

We do not tune pianos on emergency calls.
